We appreciate our 24 hour cancellation policy. There will be a full service change for non-cancelled appointments.

In order to maximize the benefits of your service, we ask that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your hair removal appointment, and 15 minutes prior to your facial appointments. As a courtesy to our clientele, please remember that if your treatment is delayed due to late arrival, it will end as scheduled so that next guest isn’t delayed.

At the request of our guests, please Turn off cell phones and pagers or keep it on vibrate, and refrain from use while in the Spa. Due to nature of our business, only children 12 years and older with an appointment are permitted. We love animals, but only Seeing Eye dogs are permitted in the spa.

Please leave valuables at home, as the Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Gift Cards of any denomination are available for purchase and can be customized for the recipient to make their day at the spa truly memorable. Gift cards must be presented at check-in, if you intend to redeem them. Also, they may not be redeemed for cash, cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift Cards never expires, but Gift Card given for special purposes such as donation, fund raising etc will have an expiree date.

The Spa accepts cash, traveler’s checks, Gift cards, and major credit cards of payment for services, and products. Prices are subject to change without notice.

If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with a product, please return the unused portion of product along with the receipt within 30 days, and product should not be used more then 30%. We’ll exchange the product or issue a store credit for future use.
