Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of an internet purchase, an order can not be cancelled. Orders that are placed are usually shipped same day making it impossible to cancel an order.

Return Policy

If you do not like the product for any reason that you have ordered from us, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately we cannot issue refunds for products that have been depleted by 30% or more.

All products must be returned in its original shipping packaging with all accessories that may have accompanied the original shipment.

Enclose the original sales slip, Send the item(s) back to the return address in the original package.

Please include your receipt (or a note) with your name, phone number, and your reason for returning the product(s).

Any kind of shipping charges are non-refundable. 

This Return Policy does not include Exchanges.

Return the product via UPS or US mail or other common carrier prepaid and insured. Retain your shipping receipt for proof. We cannot accept responsibility for uninsured packages returned through the US Postal Service. Shipping rates for packaging, insurance and delivery are not reimbursable. If you are still uncomfortable using your credit card number online, you can call customer service at (415) 771-1207 Tuesday through Saturday from 10:30 am to 7 pm Pacific Standard Time (PST).

Orders placed by 1:00 pm Pacific Standard Time (PST) Tuesday through Saturday will be processed that same day. Orders received after 1:00 pm on Saturday through Monday will be processed on Tuesday. Most express shipments will be received the next business day if ordered before 12:00 pm PST.
